What is our Minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity for our rPLA collection is 20 Spools. We can provide smaller sample quantities for testing upon request.

How many Spools Fit on a Euro Pallet?

On a standard Euro Pallet (1200 x 800 mm) we can fit 5 spools wide by 4 spools in length and stack them up 15 high. This means we can have a total of 300 spools per pallet, weighing approx. 420kg (1.4kg each spool).

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer free international shipping throughout Europe with orders of one pallet or more. For smaller orders charges may apply.

What is the price of one euro pallet of Filament?

When ordering one pallet of our rPLA Prime filament, we add an approx 40% Discount on your order bringing the price down to around €2,943. Price may vary for other filament collections and smaller or larger orders.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that items which are discounted or given as an offer are not eligible for return. This includes clearance items or products sold at a discounted price.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

For international returns, please note that additional shipping charges, customs duties, or taxes may apply. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before initiating a return.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once the goods are returned and received in our warehouse in good condition, we will promptly issue a refund. Please allow approximately 5-6 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
