Our minimum order quantity just is 1 Spool. We can also provide smaller sample quantities for testing upon request free of charge.

On a standard Euro Pallet (1200 x 800 mm) we can fit 5 spools wide by 4 spools in length and stack them up 15 high. This means we can have a total of 300 spools per pallet, weighing approx. 375kg (1.25kg each spool).

Yes, we offer free international shipping throughout Europe with orders of one pallet or more. For smaller orders charges may apply.

When ordering one pallet of our rPLA Prime filament, we add an approx 28% Discount on your order bringing the price down to around €3,162 (Pricing based on the rPLA Prime collection). Price may vary depending on the filament collections and smaller or larger orders.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note that items which are discounted or given as an offer are not eligible for return. This also includes clearance items or products sold at a discounted price.

For international returns, please note that additional shipping charges, customs duties, or taxes may apply. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before initiating a return.

Once the goods are returned and received in our warehouse in good condition, we will promptly issue a refund. Please allow approximately 6-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
