Is Filacorp rPLA Biodegradable?
Our Filacorp rPLA, just like all other PLA, does not Biodegrade if placed in your backyard. It would only biodegrade under very specific condition found in industrial composting facilities.
To combat this, we chose to recycled our PLA into 100% rPLA that maintains excellent printability while upholding environmental responsibility, marking a significant advancement in enhancing the end-of-life cycle of our PLA within the industry.
Should I Dry my Filament?
While drying your filament before use is helpful, it's not necessary, especially if there are no signs of moisture during printing.
However, if you do encounter moisture-related issues while printing, we suggest considering drying the filament to ensure optimal performance.
This flexible approach allows you to achieve high-quality printing results while maintaining convenience.
Just a reminder: be cautious not to overheat your filament during drying, as this could cause problems. The ideal drying settings are 55°C for 6 hours.
What is rPLA Prime & Satin?
rPLA Prime and Satin are our recycled PLA collections that provide more sustainable options for 3D printing.
These collections have their own unique colours, with rPLA Prime offering the more essential colours (Like Black, White, Grey, Red, etc.), while rPLA Satin offer more high-end colours (such as Gold, Silver, Bronze, etc.).
With using these collections you will have a seamless transition from using standard (non-recycled) PLA to using our rPLA. Both rPLA Prime and rPLA Satin print near to identical to traditional PLA, making it a more sustainable choice while not compromising any print quality.
What is EcoBlend rPLA?
EcoBlend rPLA is our sustainable solution for utilising transitional colours in 3D printing. These colours, which may vary from from one spool to another, are repurposed into unique filament spools, adding diversity to prints while reducing waste.
By embracing EcoBlend rPLA, users contribute to environmental sustainability while enjoying vibrant and individualised prints.
What is the difference between rPLA Prime, rPLA Satin and rPLA EcoBlend
rPLA Prime is our base rPLA Collection, offering the closest, if not better, quality when compared to it's non-recycled counterpart. Our rPLA Prime filament has a tolerance of ± 0.03mm.
rPLA Satin is our superior rPLA Collection, offering the same quality as our rPLA Prime collection along with the addition of more premium colours to choose from. Our rPLA Satin filament also has a tolerance of ± 0.03mm.
rPLA Ecoblend is a transition of various recycled rPLA collection filaments, which offers a different printing experience when compared to rPLA Prime & Satin filaments. While it has the same characteristics as rPLA Prime & Satin (Printing Settings, Strength & More), it has a higher tolerance at ± 0.05mm and comes in unique colours every time, making each purchase a mystery.
rPLA Prime is priced at €18.99 while rPLA Satin is priced at €19.99 & rPLA EcoBlend is priced at €10.99, so it is a matter of whether you want a standard colour range, more a more premium colour experience or whether you want to be adventurous and try out completely random coloured filament.

Heated Bed Temperature: 50˚C - 65˚C (Can be used on a cold bed too)
Printing Speed: 30mm/s - 500mm/s (Capable of high speed printing)
Fan: 100% Speed (Aux. Fan 70%)

Filacorp rPLA is identical when compared to other types of non-recycled PLA in terms of strength and printability. However we would recommend using an infill percentage of 15% along with a Cross-Hatch or Gyroid infill Pattern.
How do i install the filacorp printing profiles?
Our printing profiles can be downloaded from our "Support" Section at the bottom of the page.
These may vary from one software to another, however this is how to import them into the following slicers:
For Bambu Studio: Navigate to File > Import > Import Configs...
For UltiMaker Cura: Navigate to Configuration / Preferences > Configure Cura... > Materials > Import
For PrusaSlicer: Navigate to File > Import > Import Config...

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping around Europe. If you are unable to locate your country upon checkout please feel free to contact us so we can get that resolved.
How long before I receive my order?
We offer Free next day delivery locally, when it comes to international shipping it might take around 4-5 business days.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that items which are discounted or given as an offer are not eligible for return. This includes clearance items or products sold at a discounted price.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s). Please package the items securely to prevent damage during transit.
For international returns, please note that additional shipping charges, customs duties, or taxes may apply. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before initiating a return.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once the goods are returned and received in our warehouse in good condition, we will promptly issue a refund. Please allow approximately 5-6 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
can I exchange my damaged or defective filament?
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
